Subscription billing
Run recurring revenue without spreadsheets: plans, automatic renewals, upgrades, failed-payment follow-up and clean GST invoices, all managed from one platform.

Subscription management software looks after everything that happens between a customer choosing a plan and that plan being renewed, changed or cancelled. For a small number of customers a spreadsheet and manual reminders may be enough. As the base grows, missed renewals, wrong invoices, forgotten upgrades and payments that quietly fail start to cost real money.
A dedicated platform keeps every subscriber's plan, billing date, payment method and history in one place. Renewals are charged automatically where the payment method allows it, reminders go out on schedule, and invoices are generated in the correct format each time. Your team can see at a glance who is active, who is overdue and who has cancelled, without reconciling several files.
Accurate subscription data also improves planning. When you know exactly how many customers renew next month, how much revenue is committed and which plans are growing, you can make confident decisions about hiring, inventory and marketing spend instead of working from estimates.
Recurring billing is full of small rules that are easy to get wrong. If a customer upgrades halfway through a month, how much should they pay today? What happens when a card expires or a mandate fails? Which GST rate and place of supply apply, and how is a credit note issued for a partial refund? We agree these rules with you and build them into the system so they are applied the same way every time.
We also plan for edge cases from the start: a customer with two subscriptions under one account, a corporate client who pays by bank transfer against an invoice, a price change that should apply only to new subscribers, or a refund after a renewal has already been charged. Handling these cleanly is what separates dependable billing from a system that needs constant manual fixing.
Customers expect to manage their own subscriptions. A self-service area on your website or app lets them view their plan, download invoices, update payment details, upgrade or pause without contacting your team. This reduces support work and removes friction at exactly the moments when customers are deciding whether to stay.
Retention is easier to manage when you can see it. Reports show active subscribers, new and lost customers, renewals due, upcoming expiries and collections by period. Before a cancellation is completed, the system can offer a pause or a different plan, and customers whose payments failed can be followed up automatically by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
For businesses with a delivery element, such as milk, meal or water subscriptions, the platform can also produce daily delivery lists from active subscriptions, accounting for pauses, holidays and skipped days. Customers can pause deliveries from the app, and the change flows straight through to the next day's route and the month's invoice.
We build SaaS products, billing software and payment integrations, so subscription logic is familiar ground. Our team works with Indian payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayU and Cashfree as well as Stripe for international customers, and we understand GST invoicing requirements. With more than ten years of projects for clients in India and abroad, we focus on getting the money flows right before adding extra features.
The platform can stand alone, connect to your website and app through APIs, or sit inside a larger SaaS product. You own the source code, the work can be covered by an NDA, and we provide hosting and support after launch.
