Technology audit
Get a clear, independent picture of your websites, applications, hosting and security, plus a prioritised list of what to fix, improve or replace and roughly what each item involves.

A technology audit gives owners and managers an honest view of the systems their business runs on. Over time most companies collect a mix of websites, custom applications, hosting accounts, domains and software subscriptions, often set up by different vendors and staff who have since moved on. Nobody has the full picture, and problems tend to surface only when something breaks or a security warning arrives.
An audit replaces that uncertainty with facts. It tells you what you have, what condition it is in, where the real risks are and what is costing more than it should. It is also the sensible first step before a large investment, such as a new ERP, a website rebuild or a cloud move, because it shows which existing pieces can be kept.
The scope is agreed with you before we begin, so the audit focuses on the systems that matter most to your business. Most reviews include a mix of the areas below, examined through read-only access, documentation and short interviews with the people who use and maintain each system.
We also look at the less visible risks that often cause the most trouble: a domain registered in a former employee's personal account, an admin password shared by the whole office, backups that have never been tested, or a critical application that only one outside freelancer knows how to update. These are usually quick to fix once someone points them out, and they protect the business from avoidable disruption.
Findings are only useful if you can act on them. Each one is rated for risk and business impact, explained in plain language and paired with a recommended fix and an effort estimate. Urgent security issues are flagged immediately during the audit rather than held for the final report.
The roadmap then groups the work into phases: quick fixes that can be done right away, medium-term improvements, and longer-term decisions such as replacing a system or consolidating hosting. A walkthrough call lets management ask questions, while your developers receive the technical detail they need to start.
Where a decision has more than one sensible answer, such as repairing an old application versus replacing it, the roadmap lays out both options with their effort, risk and ongoing cost so management can choose with the trade-offs in view. Some clients repeat the audit every year, using the previous roadmap as a checklist to confirm what has been fixed and what still needs attention.
We have spent more than ten years building and supporting websites, custom software, ERP and CRM systems and hosting for clients in India and abroad. That hands-on experience shapes our audits: we know which issues are serious and which are cosmetic, and we recommend fixes that a real team can carry out within a sensible budget.
The audit is covered by an NDA on request, access is limited to what the scope needs, and credentials are handled with care. You are under no obligation to hire us for the follow-up work. Our ISO 9001:2015 certified processes mean the report follows a consistent, documented method.

Code quality, performance and maintainability of your software and websites.
Outdated components, weak access control, SSL and backup gaps.
Hosting, servers, domains and email set-up, with cost and risk notes.
Page speed and load behaviour, with the main bottlenecks identified.
A list of paid tools, renewals and overlaps so you stop paying for what you do not use.
Findings ranked by risk and business impact, with effort estimates.
A report management can read, plus technical detail for your developers.
Who it’s for
Every project starts from your process, not a template. These are typical situations we are asked to solve.
Discuss your requirementHow we work
We review your current systems, data and processes with the people who use them.
A prioritised plan with phases, risks, effort and the quick wins to start with.
One process or module is rebuilt first, so you see value before committing further.
Phased migration with data checks, training and the old system kept as a fallback.
Monitoring, fixes and improvements once the new setup is live.

We pick the stack for your project, your team and your budget — not the other way round.
FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask first.
A written report with findings, risk levels and a phased roadmap with effort estimates, plus a walkthrough call to discuss it.
No. The roadmap is yours to use with any team, including your own developers.
Read-only access is enough for most of the review. We agree the scope and access with you before starting.
It depends on the number of systems in scope and how quickly access can be arranged. The timeline is confirmed in the proposal.
Yes. Reviewing code and set-ups made by other vendors is a common reason businesses ask for an audit.
Cost depends mainly on the number and size of systems in scope and how deep the code review goes. A short scoping call lets us give a fixed estimate.
