Online payments
We connect your website, app or software to the payment gateway you choose, so customers can pay by UPI, card, net banking or wallet, and your team can match every payment to an order without manual checking.
Share a few details and our team will call you back within one working day.
Payment gateway integration is the link between your checkout and the provider that actually moves the money. Installing a plugin takes an afternoon. Making payments dependable takes more: handling customers who close the app halfway through, confirming transactions through server-side webhooks rather than browser redirects, preventing duplicate orders, and recording refunds and partial captures correctly.
When those cases are ignored, the symptoms appear in daily operations. Customers are charged but no order shows up, the finance team reconciles settlements line by line, and support staff spend their day on payment queries instead of selling. A careful integration removes most of that work and keeps a clear record of every transaction from first attempt to final settlement.
We work with the gateway you have already signed up with, or help you compare options on payment methods, settlement cycles, international card support and the documents each provider asks for. The commercial agreement is between you and the provider. Our job is the technical setup, and making sure it behaves correctly once real customers start paying.
Testing is where most of the effort goes. We simulate successful, failed, pending and cancelled payments, slow bank responses and customers pressing the back button, and confirm that each case leaves the order, the stock and the customer message in the correct state. Only when every path behaves as expected do we request live keys and switch the integration over.

Indian businesses commonly use providers such as Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue, Cashfree or Paytm, while businesses selling abroad often need Stripe or PayPal and pricing in more than one currency. We integrate gateways into WordPress and WooCommerce stores, PHP and Laravel applications, and Android and iOS apps, following each provider's current API and security requirements.
Payments rarely stand alone. After a successful transaction you may need a GST invoice generated, stock reduced, a receipt sent by email or WhatsApp, and the entry pushed to your accounting software or CRM. We build those follow-on steps too, so a payment completes the whole business process and not just the money transfer.
This service suits online stores, schools and coaching institutes collecting fees, clinics taking booking advances, SaaS products billing every month, event organisers selling tickets and service firms that want clients to pay invoices online. It also suits businesses whose current integration misses payments and needs a proper rebuild.

FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask first.
Compare the payment methods your customers use, the settlement cycle, per-transaction charges, international card support and the onboarding documents required. We can explain the technical differences between providers, but rates and contract terms are agreed directly between you and the gateway.
It depends on your platform, the number of payment flows and extras such as subscriptions, split payouts, multiple currencies or accounting sync. Configuring a plugin on a standard store is a smaller job than a custom integration inside an app. We quote after reviewing your requirements.
The technical work depends on scope, but gateway account approval often decides the go-live date, because the provider verifies your business documents and website. We give a timeline in the proposal and start sandbox work while approval is pending.
No. Card and UPI details are entered on the gateway's secure page or SDK, and your system receives only a token and a transaction reference. This keeps card data off your server and reduces your compliance burden.
Yes. We review logs, webhook settings and the order flow, find where confirmations are lost and then fix or rebuild the integration. Missing webhook handling and browser-only confirmation are the usual causes.
Yes, when those systems offer an API or an import option. Once a payment is confirmed we can create the invoice, update the customer record and send a receipt without anyone touching it.
