PPC advertising means paying for an ad only when someone clicks it. On Google, your ad can appear when a person searches for your product or service; on Facebook and Instagram, it reaches people based on interests, behaviour or a past visit to your site. Because ads can start running as soon as a campaign is approved, PPC is one of the quickest ways to put a business in front of interested buyers.
Speed is also the risk. A poorly set up account can spend its budget on irrelevant searches, wrong locations or clicks that never become customers. PPC makes the most sense when you know what a customer is worth, can track enquiries reliably, and have a landing page that answers the searcher's question. Where those are missing, we fix them before scaling spend.
We start with keyword and audience research: the terms buyers use, the searches to exclude, and the locations, devices and times that matter. Campaigns are structured so each ad group has a narrow theme, relevant ad copy and a matching landing page, which supports Quality Score and reduces wasted spend. Conversion tracking for forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks and purchases is configured through Google Tag Manager before any money is spent.
Once live, we review search terms, bids, budgets and ad performance every week. Negative keywords are added, weak ads are paused, and new variations are tested against the current best. For Meta campaigns we test audiences and creatives, and use remarketing to reach people who visited but did not enquire. Every change is logged, so you can see why the account looks the way it does.

Clicks and impressions are easy to report and say little about business value. We report on cost per enquiry or cost per sale, lead quality where you can share feedback, and the search terms that produced results. If you use a CRM, we can import offline conversions so the account learns which clicks became paying customers, not just form fills.
Performance is shaped by things outside any agency's control: competitor bids, seasonality, your pricing and offer, landing page speed and how fast your sales team responds. We will never promise a fixed number of leads or a set return on ad spend. We will tell you plainly what the data shows, including when a campaign should be paused rather than funded.
We build websites as well as run ads, so the landing page, tracking code and campaign are handled by one team. Accounts are created in your business name and you keep full admin access, along with all history and audiences. Our management fee and your ad spend are kept separate: the platform bills your own payment method directly, so you always see exactly what was spent on media.
We follow Google and Meta advertising policies closely, which matters in regulated areas such as healthcare, finance, education and real estate, where ads and landing pages need careful wording to be approved. When a campaign is not paying its way, we say so and suggest where the budget would be better used, whether that is a different campaign, SEO, or improving the website first.

FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask first.
Work backwards from what a customer is worth and how many you want. The budget must be large enough to collect useful data in a reasonable time, so it is often better to fund one campaign properly than several thinly. We suggest a starting range after reviewing your market.
Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta from your own account. Our management fee covers setup, optimisation and reporting, and depends on the number of campaigns and platforms and the amount of creative and landing page work.
Ads can start showing within a day or two of approval. The first few weeks are a learning period while we gather data on search terms and audiences, and performance usually becomes steadier after that.
Yes. We audit it first, keep what works and restructure what does not. Account history has value, so we prefer to improve an existing account rather than start from scratch.
No. Auction prices, competition, your offer and sales follow-up all affect returns. We commit to careful management, accurate tracking and clear reporting so you can judge the spend for yourself.
