School ERP
A school management system that keeps admissions, classes, attendance, exams, fees and parent communication in one web-based ERP, set up around the way your school already runs its day.
Share a few details and our team will call you back within one working day.
A school management system is the office software behind a school. It holds every student record, class, section, teacher, timetable and fee invoice in one database, so staff stop copying the same details between registers, spreadsheets and receipt books. Our school ERP is built for K-12 schools, from pre-primary to senior secondary. The principal sees the whole school on one dashboard, the office handles admissions and fees, teachers mark attendance and enter marks, and parents get notices and messages without a chain of phone calls.
The system works by academic session. Each year's records stay separate, so you can promote students to the next class, start a fresh session and still open last year's attendance or marksheets when a parent or inspector asks for them. Because it runs in a browser, staff can use it from the office computer, a laptop at home or a phone, and each person sees only the screens their role allows.
Academic modules cover the daily work of a class teacher. Students can be admitted one at a time through an online form or imported in bulk from a CSV file. Classes can have several sections, each with its own class teacher, and subjects are set up class-wise with a subject teacher assigned. Timetables are kept section-wise and can be changed mid-term. Daily attendance produces a printable monthly report per class. Exams are scheduled with dates, marks are entered subject-wise, and the system prints marksheets and a tabulation sheet for the whole class.
Administrative modules handle the rest of the school. Fee invoices can be raised for one student or for a whole class at once, with part payments recorded against a single invoice and collected online or at the counter. Expenses are logged under your own categories. The library tracks books and issues, the transport and dormitory modules map students to routes and rooms, and a noticeboard puts announcements on every user's dashboard. Teachers can upload study material and question papers for students to download.

Different people in the school gain in different ways. The office team spends less time on admission forms and fee receipts because data is entered once and reused. Teachers mark attendance and enter marks on screen instead of keeping parallel registers. Accountants can see which invoices are unpaid and follow up. Parents can be linked to more than one child, receive notices and private messages with email alerts, and get SMS updates through a gateway such as MSG91, Twilio or Clickatell if the school switches SMS on.
Management gets a clearer picture. The dashboard shows counts of students, teachers and parents next to the event calendar, and reports for a class, a month or an exam can be pulled without waiting for someone to compile them. The interface supports multiple languages, including right-to-left scripts, and labels can be renamed to match the words your school uses. An optional front-end website can show notices, events, a photo gallery and teacher profiles straight from the ERP.
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified software company in Sector 63, Noida, with more than ten years of building websites, apps and business software for clients in India and abroad. The school ERP is a working product, so you can see real screens before you decide anything. Ask for a demo and we will walk your team through admissions, attendance, exams and fees using sample data.
Most schools start with the ready modules and ask us to adjust them: a different fee structure, a report card format, an extra field on the admission form, or a local payment gateway. Where your process is unusual, we build the missing part as custom work. You own the code and the data, we sign an NDA if you need one, and our support team stays available after go-live for updates, training of new staff and the yearly session changeover.

FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask first.
The cost depends on the modules you need, how much the reports and fee structure must be customised, whether you want a mobile app or a linked website, migration of your old records, and the hosting you choose. We share a written quote after understanding your school, so you pay only for what you use.
It depends on the changes you ask for and how clean your existing student data is. A setup on the ready modules is quicker than one with custom reports or integrations. You get a timeline with our proposal, and we plan the switch so it does not disrupt a running term.
Yes. Students can be imported in bulk from a CSV file, and we help clean and map data from spreadsheets or an older system. We check the imported records with your office team before going live.
Yes. Report card layouts, grading, fee heads, instalments and receipts are the most common changes schools ask for, and we customise them as part of the setup.
Each user logs in with a role that limits what they can see, and data is kept on a server you approve with regular backups. The school owns its data and can ask for an export at any time.
Yes. Ask for a demo and we will show the main modules with sample data, then discuss which changes your school needs.
