Dashboards & BI
One screen for the numbers that run your business, including sales, collections, stock, operations and team performance, pulled live from the systems you already use.

Enterprise dashboard development solves a problem most growing companies know well: the data exists, but nobody can see it in one place. Sales figures sit in the CRM, collections in Tally, stock in an inventory system, attendance in HR software and targets in a spreadsheet. Every review meeting starts with someone exporting files, pasting them together and hoping the numbers match.
A well-built dashboard removes that manual work. It reads data directly from each source, applies the same definitions every time and presents the results as charts and tables that update on their own. Owners see the overall position at a glance, managers see their own area in detail, and decisions are made from current figures instead of last month's report.
Just as importantly, a single dashboard settles arguments about whose numbers are right. When every department works from the same definitions and the same source data, meetings can move from debating figures to deciding what to do about them.
Before building any charts we agree the metrics. With each department we define exactly how a figure is calculated, such as when a sale counts as booked, how overdue is measured or which stock is considered dead. This step prevents the most common dashboard failure, which is a screen full of numbers that different managers interpret differently.
Next we connect the sources and build a data layer that cleans and combines the information on a schedule. Only then do we design the screens, starting with the summary that leadership needs and drilling down to branch, product, customer or person.
A dashboard that nobody opens is wasted effort. We keep screens focused on decisions: each chart should answer a question someone actually asks, such as which branches are behind target this month or which customers have overdue payments above a set limit. Filters for date, location, product and person let users explore without asking for a new report.
Role-based access means each person sees the right level of detail. An owner may see company-wide profit, a branch manager only their branch, and a sales executive only their own pipeline. Dashboards work on desktop and mobile, and key figures can also be sent as a daily summary, which is often the most-read report in the company.
We also design for the moment a number looks wrong. Every figure can be traced back to the records behind it, so a manager who doubts a sales total can click through to the invoices that make it up. This traceability builds trust in the dashboard faster than any training session, and it helps reveal data entry problems in the source systems.
We build the business systems that dashboards draw from, including ERP, CRM, billing, inventory and HR software, so we understand where the data comes from and how it is structured. In more than ten years of projects for clients in India and abroad we have learned that a reliable dashboard depends as much on clean data and clear definitions as on attractive charts.
We can build a fully custom dashboard, or set up and extend tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio where they suit your needs and budget. Either way, you own the work, the data stays in your control, and we provide support as your metrics and systems change.

FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask first.
No. Dashboards read data from your current systems and leave them as they are.
Yes. Dashboards are responsive and can also be part of a mobile app.
From real time to a few refreshes a day, depending on the source system and how it can be accessed.
Those tools can work well, and we can build on them. A custom dashboard makes sense when you need it inside your own software, special access rules or no per-user licence fees.
It depends on the number of data sources, the condition of the data, the number of dashboards and roles, and whether you use a BI tool or a custom build. We estimate after the KPI workshop.
Yes. Access is role-based, connections are encrypted, and the dashboard can be hosted on your own server or cloud account.
