Construction management software brings a builder's scattered records into one place. A typical company runs several sites at once, each with its own estimate, purchase orders, material receipts, labour muster, subcontractor bills and daily progress, and most of it lives in notebooks, phone photos and separate spreadsheets. By the time the office compiles it, the numbers are already old, and overruns are discovered at month end rather than on the day they start.
A shared system changes the timing. Site engineers record what arrived, what was used and what was done that day from a phone or tablet. Purchase, accounts and management see the same data the same evening, project by project. Because it is web-based, the software works from any site with a mobile connection, needs no server at each location, and upgrades are applied centrally.
Estimating and planning modules hold the bill of quantities, rate analysis and project budget, and break the work into phases and activities with planned dates. Procurement covers material requests from site, vendor quotations, purchase orders and goods received. Inventory tracks stock at each site and store, transfers between sites, and consumption against activities, so wastage and shortfalls show up early.
Site modules record daily progress reports, photos, labour attendance and equipment hire. Subcontractor management covers work orders, measurement entries, running bills, retention and deductions. Accounts link all of this to payments, vendor ledgers and project cost tracking, including earned value where you want to compare work done against money spent. For developers selling units, a sales module can track bookings, payment schedules and customer dues.
The software suits building contractors, civil and infrastructure contractors, real estate developers, interior fit-out firms and specialist contractors in electrical, plumbing or HVAC work. It also helps any company that manages staff, contractors, suppliers and dealers across locations and wants to see how each of them is performing against agreed rates and schedules. Owners of smaller firms use it to stay on top of several sites without visiting each one every day.
The improvements are practical. Management sees cost and progress per project without waiting for reports. Purchase stops buying material that is already lying at another site. Subcontractor bills are checked against recorded measurements before payment. Disputes with vendors or subcontractors become easier to settle because each entry carries a date, a user and often a photo, and the project history stays available long after handover.
Construction companies rarely work the same way, so we offer two routes. You can begin with our ready construction modules and have us adjust the forms, approval levels, bill formats and reports, or we can build custom software around your own workflow, including a link with your accounting package or an existing ERP. Ask for a demo to walk through a sample project from estimate to running bill.

FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask first.
Cost depends on the modules you need, the number of projects and users, how much your bill formats and approvals must be customised, links with accounting software, mobile apps and hosting. We quote after studying how your projects run.
It depends on scope and how much past data you want to bring in. Many companies start with one or two live projects and add more once the team is comfortable. A timeline comes with the proposal.
The system works in a mobile browser over a normal data connection. If your sites often have no network, we can discuss a mobile app that saves entries and syncs them later.
That depends on what your accounting software allows. After checking your setup, we usually arrange data exports or an API-based sync.
Users see only the projects and screens their role permits, every entry is logged with user and time, and data is backed up on hosting you approve. You own the data.
