Cloud migration
Move your applications, databases and files to the cloud with a clear plan for cost, security and downtime, and a rollback path in case anything does not go as expected.
Share a few details and our team will call you back within one working day.
Cloud migration services take your business software off an office server or basic shared hosting and place it on infrastructure such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud. Done well, the move gives you better uptime, remote access for staff, reliable backups and the ability to add capacity when traffic or data grows. Done in a rush, it can bring surprise bills, broken integrations and security gaps.
Our work covers the whole journey: deciding what should move and what should not, choosing the provider and services, setting up secure environments, moving applications and data, and keeping an eye on everything once it is live. We handle web applications, databases, file storage, ERP and CRM systems, and the websites that sit in front of them.
A move also forces useful housekeeping. Old test sites, unused databases and forgotten FTP accounts are identified and removed, passwords are reset, and every system ends up documented with an owner. Even businesses that keep part of their set-up on premises usually finish the project with a cleaner and safer environment than they started with.
We start with an inventory: every server, application, database, domain and scheduled job, along with who uses it and how critical it is. For each item we recommend an approach, estimate the monthly running cost and note any risks. You see the full plan, including downtime windows and the rollback steps, before anything changes.
Migration then happens in planned stages. A staging copy is tested first, data is synchronised, and the final switch is scheduled for a low-traffic period. After the cut-over we check application behaviour, integrations, emails and reports with your team, and the old environment is kept available until you are satisfied.
Security is configured from day one rather than added later. That means individual user accounts with the least access needed, multi-factor login for the cloud console, encrypted connections, firewall rules, SSL certificates and separate staging and production environments. Automated backups are set up and a restore is tested, so recovery is a known procedure and not a guess.
Cost needs ongoing attention because cloud bills grow quietly. We right-size servers, set budget alerts, use reserved or committed pricing where it makes sense and remove resources nobody is using. Performance and uptime monitoring alerts us to problems early, often before your users notice anything.
We build and host the same kinds of applications we migrate, so we understand the software as well as the servers. That matters when a migration touches a custom ERP, a Laravel or Node.js application, or a website with payment and SMS integrations. With more than ten years of project work for clients in India and abroad, and ISO 9001:2015 certified processes, we plan migrations carefully and document every step.
The cloud account stays in your company's name and you keep full control of it. We can manage the environment for you after migration or hand it over with documentation to your own IT team.
If you are not yet sure the cloud is right for you, start with the assessment alone. You receive the inventory, the recommended approach for each system, a monthly cost estimate and a risk list, which is enough to make an informed decision. Many businesses choose a partial move first, such as their website and customer-facing applications, and keep certain internal systems on premises until there is a clear reason to change them.
What we deliver
Modernise ageing systems, move to the cloud and redesign the workflows that slow your team down.
Inventory of servers, applications and data, with what to move, rebuild or retire.
Estimated monthly cloud cost and ways to keep it under control as you grow.
Applications and databases moved in planned windows with minimal downtime.
Access control, encryption, firewalls and SSL configured from day one.
Automated backups and a tested plan to restore if something fails.
Separate staging and production environments so changes are tested before going live.
Uptime, performance and cost alerts once you are live.
Who it’s for
Every project starts from your process, not a template. These are typical situations we are asked to solve.
Discuss your requirementHow we work
We review your current systems, data and processes with the people who use them.
A prioritised plan with phases, risks, effort and the quick wins to start with.
One process or module is rebuilt first, so you see value before committing further.
Phased migration with data checks, training and the old system kept as a fallback.
Monitoring, fixes and improvements once the new setup is live.
Technology
We pick the stack for your project, your team and your budget — not the other way round.
FAQ
Straight answers to what clients usually ask first.
It depends on your applications, budget and team. We work with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud and recommend one after the assessment.
We plan migrations for low-traffic windows and keep downtime as short as possible. You receive the plan, including timings and rollback steps, in advance.
Not always. The assessment includes a monthly cost estimate so you can decide with real figures rather than assumptions.
You do. The account is created in your company's name, and we work in it with the access you grant.
You can choose. We offer ongoing management and support, or we hand over with documentation to your in-house team.
Yes. Email and file moves to services such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 can be planned alongside the application migration.
