This makes a site easier for everyone to use. It is not a legal opinion, and if accessibility law affects your business, your own counsel should advise you.

Expectations differ by state and by industry, so your legal team decides the policy wording and consent rules, and we implement them: cookie notices, consent checkboxes, forms that collect only what you need, and admin access limited to the people who need it. We sign an NDA on request, and you own the code and design files we create for you.
